  • Q:How much will it cost to install lights on my house?

    A:Every project is different depending on the size of the house and the design package you choose. Our decorating services start at a $1000 minimum. Give us a call today at 615-788-0085 for a free estimate.

  • Q:How does it work?

    A:A design specialist will come to your home or business to create custom design options with you. Once a design is chosen, an estimate will be given to you. A time will be scheduled for our professional team to install your lights. If any maintenance is required, we will fix the problem within 24 hours of your call at no charge. We will take down your lights after the holidays and store them for you until the next holiday season.

  • Q:When do you install and take down the lights?

    A:We begin installing lights in October and continue through mid December. We begin taking down the lights January 1st, and we make every effort to have all lights removed by January 21st. The safety of our team is important to us, and adverse weather conditions or other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

  • Q:Do you accept credit cards?

    A:Yes, for your convenience we accept all four major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

  • Q:What is the radius of your business?

  • Q:What if I have my own lights?

    A:Although it is possible that we will work with them, we usually refrain from using lights that customers purchased elsewhere. This is for a number of reasons; 1) we don’t know what kind of quality the lights are 2) we don’t know if all of the lights are working properly 3) our crews are not trained in safe wiring techniques for your particular lights, and have no way of knowing what the power specs are. However with that said, if you bought all new lights from a company last year but had an awful experience with them, we will take a look at the product when we come out for a bid and let you know if it’s not something we can use. Often, if it is a commercial grade product, we will be able to use them. There may be additional charges if our crews need to repair lights or replace broken light sets.

  • Q:What kind of lights do you use?

    A:We use LED (light emitting diodes) lights. There are several advantages to using LED lights. LED Christmas lights demand far less electricity to operate than their incandescent counterparts—almost 90% less, which saves the customer money. LED lights are also more durable and have longevity, because they withstand breakage and moisture better. LED lights are also much safer to use, because they do not burn hot.
